Terrific T-Shirts! De Pere

This two-part class will teach you how to create your own custom t-shirt patterns and construct them using a serger (a sewing machine can be used if you do not own a serger). You'll learn to draft your own pattern and then assemble the t-shirt with the help of a serger, which is ideal for sewing stretchy fabrics like those used in t-shirts.
Supply List:
-Serger in good working order or a sewing machine if you don't own a serger
-For sizes 6-16, 1 yard of fabric with at least 25% stretch. Size 18 +, 1 1/2 yards of fabric.
-Matching thread
-Good scissors and basic sewing supplies
-Bring a t-shirt that fits you well
-Pattern making paper
