Darboy/Circle Wrap Ruffle Skirt
Supplies Needed:
Measurements: Waist measurement and length of skirt desired.
Serger - Ruffler Foot if you have one
Fabric - 2 yds cotton 44/45 " for a 5 year old or younger .More will be needed if you are making a skirt for an older child.
Velcro- 18 in. of 3/4" wide
Serger Thread - to match we will be using a 4 thread and a chain stitch
Optional -4 yds.~one inch lace if not choosing to use a fabric ruffle
Notions- scissors, clips pencil
