Hydro Hold Water-Activated was specifically designed for hard-to-hoop projects that include irregular shapes, knits or loosely woven fabrics. This permanent cut-away stabilizer is applied by simply moistening it with a damp sponge. The environmentally friendly adhesive eliminates the need for messy sprays and will not leave a gummy residue on your needles or hoops. It creates a strong bond when dry, but can be re-moistened to reposition.
